AUSTIN, TX – Realty Austin continues to rise in the rankings amongst the top residential real estate brokerages in the nation, securing the #50 spot in the 2021 REAL Trends 500 report. The brokerage accomplished $4.4 billion in sales volume from 9,841 closed transactions in 2020 elevating their rank as the #26 top independent brokerage in the U.S. and the #1 independent brokerage in Central Texas. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, Realty Austin increased sales volume by 29% and transactions by 23% compared to 2019.

Earlier this year, the brokerage launched Realty San Antonio to bring their innovative home search platform to buyers and sellers, and their unique business model to agents in the Alamo city.

THE COMPANY’S ANNUAL MATCH FUND INSPIRES RECORD PLEDGES FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING PIONEER, FOUNDATION COMMUNITIES

AUSTIN, TX — Realty Austin and Foundation Communities are pleased to announce the results of their 2019 match fund partnership! Together they raised over $1.15 million in total funds pledged with the commitment of Realty Austin’s $75,000 match fund at the 2019 Welcome Home luncheon.

The annual event inspired 163 new Home Builders, and many others who renewed, increased, or extended their pledges! 100% of the dollars pledged will support Foundation Communities programs for education, financial stability, and healthy living programs that serve more than 20,000+ people, residents, and neighbors.

The realities of the COVID-19 pandemic hit close to home for many Central Texans. With increased unemployment, the Central Texas Food Bank has seen a sharp increase in the need for assistance.
