Realty Austin Ranks No.50 on the 2021 REAL Trends 500 Report
Realty Austin rises in the rankings, securing the no. 50 spot in the latest release of the 2021 REAL Trends 500 report.
AUSTIN, TX – Realty Austin continues to rise in the rankings amongst the top residential real estate brokerages in the nation, securing the #50 spot in the 2021 REAL Trends 500 report. The brokerage accomplished $4.4 billion in sales volume from 9,841 closed transactions in 2020 elevating their rank as the #26 top independent brokerage in the U.S. and the #1 independent brokerage in Central Texas. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, Realty Austin increased sales volume by 29% and transactions by 23% compared to 2019.
Earlier this year, the brokerage launched Realty San Antonio to bring their innovative home search platform to buyers and sellers, and their unique business model to agents in the Alamo city.

What is The REAL Trends 500?
The REAL Trends 500 is an annual research report which identifies and ranks the country’s largest and most successful residential real estate firms as ranked by closed sales volume and separately by closed transaction sides. Members of the exclusive REAL Trends 500 represent less than one-half of one percent of all brokerage firms in the US.
