Garage

Garage is a hip craft cocktail bar tucked away in a parking garage in the McGarrah Jesse building. The bar’s midcentury-modern vibe is complemented by a small, curated menu featuring old classics and new creations with unusual ingredients such as carrot juice and sarsaparilla. Within their midcentury-modern-themed menu exists an excellent selection of non-alcoholic cocktails. Using Seedlip, a one-of-a-kind spirit distilled with fruit, herbs, and vegetables, their bar team has created the Serene Dream. The drink has a light and fresh combination of aloe, cucumber, lime, sugar, and Seedlip’s Garden spirit for a vegetal and floral mocktail!

Hillside Farmacy

Hillside Farmacy is a revived historic East Austin landmark showcasing simple and unique American large and small plates. Their inventive cocktails and menu full of bistro classics and oysters are all made with locally sourced ingredients! You will be charmed by the white honeycomb floors, glass chandeliers, copper-topped tables, and reclaimed cabinetry and artifacts from an old Central Texas pharmacy. They're also serving non-alcoholic cocktails in the form of housemade sodas. They have a strawberry, basil, and balsamic-infused Pickpocket drink, or they have a turmeric soda with lemon, ginger, and black pepper. This well-designed space has a little bit of something for everybody!

Houndstooth Coffee

Locally owned and trained by nationally recognized industry professionals, Houndstooth constantly stays alongside current coffee and mocktail trends! Their baristas serve quality coffee and cocktails and maintain meaningful interactions with the community. Each brings personal passion and added dimension to Houndstooth and your cup of coffee or cocktail glass. What started as an affinity for coffee and coffee shop culture has grown into a love for sharing quality beverages with anyone and everyone! Their best cocktails are an herbal Basil Spritz (cold brew, simple balsamic syrup, tonic, orange, and basil garnish) and their black tea, aromatic fir tips, Champagne-flavored syrup, cocktail bitters, and lemon slice garnish mocktail!

Launderette

Launderette restaurant was a laundromat converted into a polished, retro-chic space that uses locally sourced ingredients. Throughout weekend brunch, weekday lunch, and dinner seven days a week, Launderette serves savory dishes with a Mediterranean palette and desserts from morning zucchini bread to seasonal ice creams and sorbets! They also don't fall short in their selection of mocktails! Sip on their brûlée pineapple with spicy ginger beer, fragrant sage peppercorn syrup, and lemon. Or you can order their watermelon shrub, which has vinegar and watermelon that's sweetened and spiced with chili basic syrup, sea salt, and soda water!

Midnight Cowboy

Midnight Cowboy is one of the best cocktail bars in Austin, and it comes as no surprise that they would have some of the best mocktails in Austin, too. This former Sixth Street massage parlor has been transformed into a reservation-only cocktail lounge with a quiet, speakeasy vibe, where vintage cocktails are dispatched by a friendly, super-hipster staff. Each mocktail is given a tongue-in-cheek name to reflect its lack of alcohol. Sweet Nothings includes strawberry-hibiscus syrup, grapefruit, lime, and vanilla, and the Oxymoron has smoked mustard honey, lemon, ginger beer, and cayenne; is a clean drink you’ll actually crave!

Nightcap

Nightcap is rooted in providing fresh, farm-to-table treats with a mission to spoil its patrons with superior service. They intend to create and maintain a space with a comprehensive order for detail and operation. Timeless design, candlelit ambiance, and purposely placed spotlighting on their passion for food and drink will give way to our aristocratic taste in decor and culinary fare. At Nightcap, they are known for their thorough attention to detail and inventive provisions satisfying any craving. Our service style will feature a devoted wait staff and bartenders serving up sparkling wines, local and international spirits, and well-crafted cocktails. If you want a mocktail, try their refreshing blend of black currant and basil topped with Topo Chico!

Oasthouse Kitchen + Bar

From the owners that brought you District Kitchen+Cocktails, Oasthouse Kitchen + Bar's mission is to offer elevated food in a casual atmosphere that’s perfect for families and friends, whether you’re a beer connoisseur or just a sports fan looking for the next big game. Their large interior is an inviting setting perfect for friends and family to gather together and enjoy each other’s company. They have an outdoor patio as well, which can be covered and reserved for private parties, and there are plenty of large TVs around that will always carry the next big game! Even though they don’t list any mocktails on the menu, their cocktail craftsmen can make you the best mocktail yet!

Olamaie

Southern food gets a modern, farm-to-table spin at this Tarrytown American from chef Michael Fojtasek. Olamaie’s menu is elegantly plated in a former home, tastefully refurbished with neutral hues, tufted banquettes, and charming art from local artists. Olamaie reflects their attitudes of acceptance of others, unending patience, boundless love, and soulful allegiance to their food. Their booze-less drinks include a mint-less Moscow mule, the Baby Buck, which combines ginger beer, lime, grapefruit, and Steen’s syrup. Other options include the More Life, which has passion fruit, grapefruit, honey, lime, ginger beer, and an aromatic mocktail with lavender, cherry, lime, and Topo Chico.

Prohibition Creamery

Pure, simple, delicious ice creams and vegan sorbets made in small batches with a boozy kick. Prohibition Creamery starts with the finest ingredients and crafts their ice creams entirely from scratch in their kitchen from local fresh milk, cream, eggs, and sugar. They pasteurize their ice cream base to ensure the source and freshness of every ingredient that goes into their ice cream. This enables them to individualize every flavor, which allows them to be infinitely creative! They even get creative with their cocktails and offer mocktail options. Their Summer Berry Mocktail has macadamia milk, fresh muddled berries, mint, coriander, Oleo-Saccharum, and soda. They also provide non-boozy ice cream flavors like cheesecake with graham swirl, classic vanilla, and dark chocolate sorbet.

Radio Coffee and Beer

At Radio Coffee and Beer, they strive for perfection, and they deliver it. Radio’s service is exceptional because of its delicious coffee, 24 beers on tap, cocktails, and beloved taco truck, Veracruz All-Naturalour! You can enjoy all the coffee, beer, cocktails, and tacos on their wood-decked, lodge-like interior that features handcrafted furniture and a stage, while the chill backyard offers ample patio space and picnic tables! They don't list any mocktails on their menu, but all you need to do is ask their bartender to make you a custom mocktail!

Salty Sow

Salty Sow will not disappoint! They serve handcrafted cocktails, and their entrees are served fresh daily, which are sourced from local farmers. Their rustic contemporary setting and heated patio make the Salty Sow a must! Salty Sow doesn't have any mocktails on their cocktail menu, but the bartender can turn any cocktail into an alcohol-free drink! The recommended mocktail is the virgin Pigroni. It has rich notes of orange and vermouth and exceeds the regular gin-based offering.

Sans Bar

Stay Sober at Austin's only alcohol-free bar, Sans Bar. Sans Bar and a growing group of average people recognize that life can be fun without alcohol. Sans Bar is sober and is on the move, and they believe that a real connection happens when people are sober. They want to create a space that is free of alcohol and welcoming to all. They believe that the best version of anyone’s life includes healthy socialization, helping others, and taking care of both mind and body. Sans Bar is composed of people who want to change themselves and the world around them. They believe positive change can happen in the smallest ways and still yield a tremendous impact!

Sway

Sway is a must-try Bouldin Creek eatery, bringing Southeast Asian cuisine to a whole new level with amazing small dishes, curries, and a whole market catch. They've always offered non-boozy drink options inspired by Pan-Asian flavors because drinking vinegar is popular across Asia! Their drinks are all housemade, served over crushed ice, and topped with sparkling water. Sway offers different flavors, including mango-chili and turmeric.

The Roosevelt Room

The Roosevelt Room is an award-winning cocktail bar located in the heart of downtown Austin's historic warehouse district. They are dedicated to treating every guest like family and seeing them leave happier than when they arrived, whether joining for a quick drink or for an entire evening. They feature a seated cocktail experience in their downstairs dining room with table service provided by their knowledgeable bar staff, who can guide guests through the expansive list of cocktails and mocktails! Their Glitter & Marigold mocktail is made with orange juice, orange flower water, pistachio extract, vanilla bean, and cream, perfect for those with a sweet tooth. The Sober as a Bird mocktail starts with tart grapefruit and lime juice, then gives an aroma with rose water, cinnamon syrup, and vanilla extract and is punctuated with a few drops of salt!
