Touch-A-Truck 2025 Brings Austin Families Together at Q2 for a Great Cause
The 2025 Touch-A-Truck event at Q2 Stadium brought families, volunteers, and sponsors together for a day of fun and fundraising in support of SAFE Alliance.

On Saturday, September 27, 2025, thousands of families gathered at Q2 Stadium for the SAFE Alliance’s annual Touch-A-Truck event, a beloved Austin tradition that brings kids face-to-face with the vehicles that keep our city moving. From fire engines and ambulances to construction trucks and the fan-favorite Tesla Cybertruck, the event offered hands-on excitement for children and adults alike.
The day was filled with family-friendly fun, featuring bounce houses, craft stations, live music, face painting, and photo opportunities alongside real-life heroes who operate these incredible machines.
Community Support for a Vital Cause
This year’s Touch-A-Truck was a milestone event, raising $172,993 to support SAFE Alliance’s mission to stop abuse for everyone and promote safer, healthier communities across Central Texas. The event drew 2,419 attendees, supported by 200 trucks and sponsor volunteers, 45 vehicles, and 186 event volunteers who helped make the day a success.
Every dollar raised helps SAFE provide essential services to nearly 6,000 survivors each year, including emergency shelter, counseling, prevention education, and foster and adoption support.
