Realty Austin Dedicates It's 11th Austin Habitat for Humanity Home

Realty Austin dedicated their 11th Austin Habitat for Humanity home to Ms. Aida and her children on Saturday, February 11, 2023. As part of the company’s mission to support affordable housing in Austin, Realty Austin and its team of agents donated over $100,000 to sponsor and build the home.

Gabi Spreitzhofer, Jackie Horton, Ruth & Evonne Team, Jeremy Fisher, Manny Arce, Paco Bertsch, Rebecca Gindele, Rob Kellogg, Shannon Reeve, Suzanne Valentine, and Wendy Jansky Serra were spotlighted as Habitat Heroes this year for their unwavering commitment to giving back and dedication to supporting affordable housing solutions for our neighbors in need. Arce said, “I love giving back to Habitat since it gives back to the city that has given so much to me. Affordability in Austin is a big concern, and Habitat gives us an opportunity to provide the dream of homeownership to those who otherwise would not be able to live in this city.”

Yvette Boatwright, co-owner of Realty Austin, said, “As a company that sells all over Austin, we take responsibility for ensuring people have safe, affordable options available to them.  It is a privilege and a blessing to have worked with AHFH for the last 11 years so that 11 families are able to get a hand up in life and the stability and confidence that homeownership ensures.”

Over a 12-week period, 215 Realty Austin agents and staff volunteered over 1,400 hours building.
