In light of the recent Texas winter storm and the pandemic, local housing nonprofits need emergency assistance now more than ever.

San Antonio June Housing Market Report

The San Antonio Board of REALTORS (SABOR) reported a five percent rise in June’s year-over-year home sales report with homes averaging at $345,114 and the median price at $292,600. A total of 4,024 homes were sold in June compared to the 3,850 homes sold last year at this time.

San Antonio home prices continue to stay above the state’s average with a median home price sitting at $315,000 compared to $261,000 of last year.

Although the market remains tight and competitive, SABOR reports that more homes are being sold than in previous years. More homes are beginning to hit the market with 4,467 new listings in San Antonio and its surrounding areas—this is a 12.32 percent increase year-over-year.
