 In 2004, Yvette co-founded Realty Austin with her husband Jonathan and, together, grew their business from one 1,800 square foot office to four award-winning innovative and modern workspaces staffed with 570+ full-time rockstar agents, who together achieved $4.1B in sales in 2020. Despite the many challenges her industry and her business have faced, Yvette has approached her role as Realty Austin’s Chief Culture Officer with compassion, dedication, and gratitude.  

 In 2020, Realty Austin was awarded both No. 1 Top Workplace by the Austin American Statesman and No. 3 Best Place to Work by the Austin Business Journal, making it the 9th year in a row the company has been named on both lists.
