Penelope began her career in Real Estate in 2005 when she joined Realty Austin as the first employee. Her real estate focus is on the operations side of residential and commercial property management. She first started working with the Boatwrights as the office manager/bookkeeper, eventually transitioning into a Sales Director position before leaving Realty Austin in 2008.
In 2008, Penelope grew her commercial experience managing class A office space in West Austin. In this role, she was responsible for maintaining tenant satisfaction, budgeting, accounts payables and receivables, managing vendor contracts and insurance, as well as construction project management.
