Vanessa Sinclair was a dream to work with! She was friendly, informative, timely, reliable, and extremely responsive! We enjoyed spending the day with her looking at houses and she helped us get the perfect home, at the perfect price!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Vanessa Sinclair. She is the reason everything flowed so nicely. My daughter really helped on my part with Vanessa but we are all delighted with our experience with Vanessa and what a hard worker she has been on this whole process. Working with Vanessa has been a true pleasure for me on both a professional and personal level. The process of listing and selling my sister’s condo was unusual and difficult from the beginning in part because my sister doesn't reside in the US, and the inheritance was being given to her. This added a component of an international transaction, which I assume is unusual for real estate deals. Vanessa had a lot more work than either my sister or I had anticipated, and we quickly realized this. Vanessa jumped right in to assist my sister and me in completing a challenging real estate transaction like ours (always with smiles and humor). It took about 11 months from beginning to end, during which time Vanessa's knowledgeable direction connected us with the appropriate team of specialists as needed. Vanessa never gave the impression that she was rushing to finish things before they were ready or that she was discouraged despite the many challenges we faced and the many detours we had to take. Simply put, given that we had to jump through many hoops and layers, Vanessa was fully committed to completing the task no matter how long the process took. Like many agents these days, I'm sure Vanessa has other clients to attend to while juggling a number of competing priorities. But since my sister and I were negotiating uncharted waters at the time, Vanessa had to demonstrate to us through her actions that she valued our patronage just as much as we did as her clients. The initial stage, which involved finishing the court documents, took months to complete. Vanessa was required to give information to our attorney during this preliminary phase and/or reply to numerous emails. I must admit that my sister and I were equally naive in believing that the challenging part had already been resolved when the court paperwork was finished. We quickly became aware of Vanessa's high level of work and meticulous attention to detail during our numerous interactions with her. On top of what we had to deal with, the condo had unexpected mold issues that needed to be fixed right away before we can proceed with cosmetic upgrades. No matter how time-consuming or difficult the situation, Vanessa was a dependable expert who was always willing to share her knowledge or look out for my sister's interests. Every so often, Vanessa would check in with us to see how things were going and provide her expert advice as it relates to upgrading the condo etc. We were happy to learn that the condo upgrades Vanessa suggested turned out to be a wise investment, helping to boost the condo's selling price well above our initial asking price. Given the nature of our transaction, it was anything but simple or easy, but Vanessa's dedication, commitment, and top-notch professionalism—as well as the confidence my sister and I had in her abilities—made the entire process seem simple in hindsight. Finally, as I reflect on a nearly one-year real estate journey, hiring Vanessa as our real estate agent was one of our best choices ever. The outcome has made my sister and I as well as the rest of our family very pleased, largely because of Vanessa's exceptional professionalism, tenacity, and negotiation abilities. Finally, Realty Austin (RA) should be happy to have Vanessa on staff because, in my opinion, she does an excellent job of representing your company.

I worked with Vanessa, and she was so wonderful. She started out showing me a house I asked for but based on the needs I shared with her, she showed me another house that was SO MUCH better. Vanessa spent a lot of time with me when moving from Arizona to Texas. She helped me find a home to rent and walked me through all of my options to make the best decision. She also gave me a welcome packet to Texas. She was so helpful, friendly, effective, and went above and beyond.

With her professional and personable skills, she did just that. We had a top offer within a few days of listing, and we were so impressed with how much she stayed in communication with us during the relatively very short process. Her follow-up, even after the sale, was remarkable also. We have moved many times in the past 30 years and have never had this easy an experience in selling a home.

Vanessa was an absolute godsend as my boyfriend and I tried to find a home; we both had very different tastes, styles, and criteria. She kept us calm as two of our dream homes fell, though, and even ended up finding one for both of us that far exceeded the previous two. In constant communication, she always wore a mask and got us a great deal. We would recommend her 10 times over!

Vanessa was stellar in assisting my girlfriend and I in the purchase of our first home. She was nothing short of exceptional at responding to communication ASAP and asking any questions we would have of the seller to ensure that we felt like we went into the purchase with all possible knowledge. My family and I recently relocated to Austin for work and were lucky enough to get a recommendation to use Vanessa in my search for the perfect place to live for my family. You should take this as your lucky recommendation because she is fantastic. She was not only super knowledgeable about the Austin area, but she really understands your wants and needs and takes the time to make sure you are delighted. Once we found the right place, she hustled and did everything to make sure it was ours. She still reaches out even after the job is done. You can feel the love she has for her work and for Austin.
