Vallejo is a small neighborhood of 100 homes in the Crestview community of North Central Austin. Only 7 miles from Downtown Austin, the area is just north of West Koenig Lane and blocks from the popular Allandale Road/Burnet Road intersection with shopping and transit bus lines.
Homes in Vallejo, built in the 1950s to 1960s, were part of the post-war boom that provided housing for returning serviceman and their families. Functional in design and modest in size, and averaging only about 1,000 square feet in size, Vallejo homes for sale met the needs of those looking to live a good suburban lifestyle.
Today, these homes attract buyers due to their convenient location, well-established streetscape, good schools and affordability.
