Triangle State Austin

North of the University of Texas and about 3 miles from Downtown Austin, there is a pocket neighborhood of condominium lofts and apartment homes known as Triangle State. Named after the triangular shape formed by N Lamar Boulevard to the west, 38th Street to the South, and Guadalupe Street to the east, the area is only 3 miles from Downtown Austin. The intersection of N Lamar and Guadalupe Street forms a “Y” at the top of the triangle. With a location just north of Hyde Park, this neighborhood is urban and eclectic.

An up and coming area, Triangle State is bordered by Hyde Park, a gentrified community of upscale homes. Many older Triangle State condos for sale and apartments have been renovated with modest upgrades to compete with the dwellings in the newer mixed-use properties of The Triangle. This 22-acre, pedestrian-friendly, neighborhood, off W Guadalupe Street, includes over 500 apartment homes as well as retail and commercial space.

In addition to these Austin luxury condominiums, Triangle State condos for sale and apartments are also available in several properties surrounding that area including Gables Central Park. Many buyers find Triangle State homes for sale convenient to both the University of Texas and the medical and hospital facilities nearby.
