Jeremy and his team helped us buy our first house in October 2022. As first time home buyers were were intimated by the process and afraid of the rapidly changing housing prices and interest rates but Jeremy took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us really understand what we were getting ourselves into. Aside from being just a generally fun person to be around it was clear he knew his stuff. Jeremy was able to subtly ask probing question about what we liked and didn't like about the houses we toured which quickly helped us refine what we wanted in a home. Jeremy was also quick to spot potential red flags in houses we looked at but still let us form our own opinion on the houses which helped us feel confident that we wouldn't end up in a home we regretted buying. The fun really started once we found a house we liked, not only did Jeremy help us put together a good offer but really advocated for us when we were negotiating during our offer period to help us get a better deal than other agents could. Overall Jeremy and his team were a perfect 10/10 to work with, if/when we decide it's time to sell our home or buy a new one he'll absolutely be the first person we call.

I don't recall any cases where a homeowner stopped receiving offers BEFORE we got a report about the house - all information always was collected quick and in full. Once we found the dream house, Jeremy's team guided us through the entire process so I didn't even notice how i became a lawful homeowner in the US, for the first time in my life. Again, I bought the house for the first time, without seeing it in person, without being in that state at least once, without money in my pocket, and without ANY experience. So far everything is great. No hidden or undisclosed issues. The entire deal was super straightforward and honest. Bravo to Jeremy and Megan. Hope to work someday with both of you again.

I can’t recommend Jeremy and his team highly enough!! We put them through the wringer! And we always received a courteous, considerate, professional response. We went through staging, our home, not once but twice!! We decided after listing but before our new house was completed to wait until after it was finished to sell. Jeremy was so professional and never made a negative comment, that team was so considerate. He advised us gently how to get our house ready to show. When we listed again, we used his stager who made it look gorgeous!! We were floored at the incredible response we received after following his great advice. We had 63 lookers plus drop ins in one weekend, and received 13 written bids in 3 days. This team is at the top of this game! I truly love them and would recommend them to anybody!

Buying a house can be a pretty stressful process. We had an idea of what we were looking for and could be picky, but Jeremy was always very quick to meet us if a property that met our needs came up.
