The price range in this neighborhood is broad, ranging from the mid-200s all the way up to the 700s in the gated sections. Most of the homes were built after 2005. The average sales price in this neighborhood is $340,000.

This neighborhood feeds to both Round Rock ISD and Leander ISD. The Round Rock ISD schools include Brushy Creek Elementary, Patsy Summer Elementary, Walsh Middle School, and Round Rock High School. The Leander ISD schools include Rutledge Elementary, Henry Middle School, and Vista Ridge High School. While they’re all great schools, if you have your heart set on one school in particular, please be sure to find out what schools serve your address before you purchase.
