Oak Hill is a large section of Southwest Austin in Travis County’s 78735, 78736 and 78749 zip codes. This unincorporated area spreads west about 11 miles from Downtown Austin along Highway 290 from Sunset Valley to Cedar Valley and northwards along Highway 71 to Barton Creek Preserve. Over 89 communities, joined by the Oak Hill Association of Neighborhoods (OHAN), make up this area. On some maps, the large master-planned community of Circle C Ranch is included in the count bringing the total population of Oak Hill to just over 25,000 residents. Neighborhoods associated with Oak Hill include Covered Bridge, Oak Run Estates, Geneva Estates, Southwest Hills, Spring Valley, Scenic Brook Estates and Lewis Mountain Ranch to name a few.
