Although it has its roots as a rural junction stop in the 1880s, Liberty Hill has grown into a charming small town with a thriving business environment and its own school district. The high school, home of the Panthers, boasts a high graduation rate, a past state title in football and a spelling championship in the University Interscholastic League competition.
