Legend Oaks is located eight to ten minutes from downtown Austin, and the boundaries are Mopac, William Cannon, and Davis Lane.  The homes here were built between 1994 and 2001.  The average sized lot is a quarter of an acre, and the price range of the homes is between 275,000 and 400,000.  The schools that serve Legend Oaks are Patton Elementary, Small Middle School, and Austin High School.  Alternatively, some students will attend Mills Elementary, Small Middle School, and Buoy High School.

The amenities available at a Legend Oaks include three parks, which include children’s playgrounds, pools, and tennis courts.  Also surrounding the area are hiking and biking trails.  Legend Oaks has many great shopping and dining options.  One of my favorites is Escarpment Village.  That includes Starbucks, Satellite Café, Santa Rita Cantina, Waterloo, and TCBY.  The great thing about living in Legend Oaks is that you’re conveniently located to downtown Ladybird Lake, the Hill Country, shopping, restaurants, and lots of amenities for everyone to enjoy.
