Legend Oaks is located eight to ten minutes from downtown Austin, and the boundaries are Mopac, William Cannon, and Davis Lane. The homes here were built between 1994 and 2001. The average sized lot is a quarter of an acre, and the price range of the homes is between 275,000 and 400,000. The schools that serve Legend Oaks are Patton Elementary, Small Middle School, and Austin High School. Alternatively, some students will attend Mills Elementary, Small Middle School, and Buoy High School.
