Highpointe is a beautiful, gated master plan community. It’s about 25 minutes southwest from Downtown Austin, and only ten minutes from the Dripping Springs Town Center. Highpointe has a 740-acre total area with about 750 homes when fully built out. The houses can be classified as the new American style where the home is big inside and out. It’s all about uninterrupted flow. Houses in the Highpointe area range from new construction to about six years old. They vary from 2,200 square feet to 4,500 square feet. While there’s a few larger, up to 8,000 square feet.
Prices range from the meek 200,000 up to about 600,000. So again, there’s something for everyone here. Highpointe is zoned for the highly rated Dripping Springs schools. It is served by the exemplary Dripping Springs Elementary School, the recognized Dripping Springs Middle School, and the recognized Dripping Springs High School. The schools are a large draw for families with children. Majority of the community’s land is dedicated to parks, green belts, open spaces, and trails. So it is quite common to see deer, giving credence to Highpointe’s claim that it is where harmony meets hill country. Highpointe’s resident club has a two-level fitness center, a studio for group exercises, a conference room, grade room, and kitchen.
