Real Estate Agent - Licensed and Experienced only

Job Qualifications

  • Active Texas Real Estate License
  • Active Member of both the National Association of Realtors and Austin Board of Realtors
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the residential and/or commercial real estate sales
  • Full-time focus on building a long-term successful real estate career
  • Minimum of $2M to $3M in sales OR 10 to 12 closed units in the last 12 months
  • Clean track record and a great reputation in our industry
  • Proficient in relationship cultivation and management with both personal and new prospects

Contract-to-Close Coordinator - Licensed Only

Overview

The transaction coordinator is the liaison between real estate agents, clients, title companies and mortgage brokers during the process of the real estate sale. You are responsible for effectively managing the administrative tasks involved in closing the sale. Proficient coordinator will provide a consistent, quality-controlled system to ensure the smooth and efficient management of all relevant steps necessary to close. You will utilize Salesforce & Outlook to assist with the creation of time lines, calendar reminder notes and scheduled phone calls to all parties. The client and agent rely on the transaction coordinator to monitor and assess the progress of the sale so that important deadlines are met and contingencies are released.

Virtual Office Requirements

You are able to work at our office, but need to be able to work from home. You should have a home office environment, a computer less than 3 years old and high-speed Internet. A Smartphone is a must. Flexible work schedule and must be available to follow up with clients as needed on weekends/evenings on occasion (and within reasonable hours).

Contract Content Writers

Contract Content Writers will be responsible for researching and writing website content on Austin area neighborhoods, schools, amenities, builders and lifestyle. Writers must be able to conduct research and write compelling, colorful content to be featured on Realty Austin's website. All new content writers will first start out editing pieces to learn the process and understand the level of expectation before being moved into a writing position.

Responsibilities

  • Research and write website content on Austin area neighborhoods including schools, amenities, builders, location and lifestyle.

Skills for the job

  • Austin native or long time resident
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • A basic understanding of SEO and HTML is helpful
  • Some basic knowledge of local real estate industry or an interest in real estate
  • College degree in English, Journalism or related field

Compensation

  • Work from home with flexible hours based on your availability
  • Typical assignments are approximately 4-5 paragraphs of copy
  • Check out assignments as your schedule allows and get paid $50 upon completion
