Content Writer

The Content Writer will be responsible for writing content for online, print, email and social media marketing. Projects vary from refreshing existing content on our website to helping with copy-writing for print ads. They must be able to conduct research and analyze their findings in order to write compelling content. Responsible for developing the company’s content calendar which includes content creation, pitching, planning, writing, and measuring content, the ideal candidate will be sharp, tech-savvy, eager to learn, accountable, highly detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Skills for the job

  • Excellent writing and communication skills (real estate-related huge plus)
  • Ability to interpret our voice, as well as match our tone, grammar and style to each marketing channel
  • Some understanding of SEO and HTML
  • Familiarity with content management systems
  • Ability to interpret statistics and provide professional opinions
  • Ability to produce a high volume of quality work while managing multiple deadlines
  • Some working knowledge of local real estate industry or interest in real estate
  • Sound understanding of the principles of writing for web and copy-writing for ads
  • Proficiency in Google Drive and Google Suite (Chrome, Gdocs, Gsheets, Gpresentations)
  • Ability to follow guidelines, including Truth in Advertising Guidelines from ABOR/TREC

  • Monday – Friday flexible hours at our Westlake Office Location
  • Hourly pay, commensurate with experience
  • Contract for 90 days, with possibility for permanent employment with salary and full-time benefits
  • Paid sick leave and vacation time after 90-day probationary period
  • Eligible for 401K with company matching after 1 year as full-time employee 

Front Office Coordinator

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, the Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for warmly answering incoming calls from our prospects and converting them into clients for our agents. The Front Office Manager plays an integral role in supporting the Southwest Office Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the office.

The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, motivated, highly detail-oriented, outgoing and energetic with excellent organizational and customer service skills. Must have a minimum of one year of office experience, preferably in the Real Estate industry. Candidates for this position must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision and proficient at multi-tasking. This is a long term opportunity, so aspiring realtors need not apply.
