Job Qualifications

  • Texas Real Estate License

Contract-to-Close Coordinator

Overview

The transaction coordinator is the liaison between real estate agents, clients, title companies and mortgage brokers during the process of the real estate sale. You are responsible for effectively managing the administrative tasks involved in closing the sale. Proficient coordinator will provide a consistent, quality-controlled system to ensure the smooth and efficient management of all relevant steps necessary to close. You will utilize Salesforce & Outlook to assist with the creation of time lines, calendar reminder notes and scheduled phone calls to all parties. The client and agent rely on the transaction coordinator to monitor and assess the progress of the sale so that important deadlines are met and contingencies are released.

Virtual Office Requirements

The majority of your work will be done from the office, but occasionally you will work from home. You should have a home office environment, a computer less than 3 years old and high speed Internet. A Smartphone is a must. Flexible work schedule and must be available to follow up with clients as needed on weekends/evenings on occasion (and within reasonable hours).

Contract Content Writers

Contract Content Writers will be responsible for researching and writing website content on Austin area neighborhoods, schools, amenities, builders and lifestyle. Writers must be able to conduct research and write compelling, colorful content to be featured on Realty Austin's website. All new content writers will first start out editing pieces to learn the process and understand the level of expectation before being moved into a writing position.
