Among the more affluent of neighborhoods in West Central Austin, Colorado Foothills is located north of Tarrytown and not far from the banks of the Colorado River. Part of Highland Park, the neighborhood is a small collection of approximately 59 properties includes 1950s ranchers as well as a few more contemporary and classic estate homes.
