One of the few master-planned communities south of Downtown Austin, Circle C Ranch is only about 12 miles south of the city and adjacent to a major north/south connector road known as MoPac Expressway or TX-1 Loop. Circle C Ranch is located in southwest Austin with about 4,000 homes in the area.  Its borders are approximately Slaughter Lane on the north, Highway 45 on the south, Fm 1826 on the west, and Loop 1 Mopac on the east.  The Circle C development started in 1988 and new construction is actually still going on.  Homes in Circle C are selling from $215,000.00 all the way up to the high $500,000.00.  Sizes range from about 1,600 square feet up to about 4,500 square feet.  The style of homes varies from a traditional one-story ranch home to a sprawling, traditional or Mediterranean-style home.

All the schools are highly rates and they include Mills Elementary, Kiker Elementary, Clayton Elementary, Gorzycki Middle School, Bailey Middle School, and Bowie High School.  There are also two excellent preschools.

There are wonderful amenities in Circle C Ranch.  You have access to two amazing community pools.  The Circle C Ranch Metropolitan Park has 545 acres, about 6 miles of trails, lots of soccer fields, and an 18-hole Frisbee golf course.  There is also the Circle C Tennis Club and the Grey Rock Golf Course.  The Veloway is a 3-mile loop exclusively for bicyclists.  

The shopping in the Circle C area is amazing.  Escarpment Village has a fantastic H-E-B grocery story and many restaurants.  Arbor Trails is located at William Cannon and Mopac and it has a Costco, many big stores, and a Whole Foods grocery store is coming to the area very soon.  There is also an area called Parkside at Slaughter Creek, which includes the new Alamo Drafthouse movie theater.  There are many popular restaurants in the Circle C area, including Waterloo Ice House, Santa Rita Mexican Cantina, Chuy’s Mexican Food, Mandola’s Italian, and Kerbey Lane Café.

There is a great vibe in Circle C which is youthful and diverse.  There are many types of homes to choose from and reasonable price ranges.  The schools are excellent, the amenities are fantastic, and the culture is active and friendly.
