Realty Austin Honored its Team for Their 2018 Achievements at Annual RA|Con Awards Ceremony
On February 1st, Realty Austin honored its team at their annual RA | CON awards ceremony to celebrate their 2018 achievements. They recognized the accomplishments of their top producers, rising stars, Diamond Club, Sapphire Circle, and special superlative awards. The brokerage also set its vision for 2019 and hosted keynote speaker, Jared James.

Realty Austin Shined on the Global Stage at Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® Summit
Realty Austin was the proud recipient of the Pinnacle Award in recognition of being one of the top companies in the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® network in 2018 for the highest outgoing broker-to-broker closed referrals throughout the network. Realty Austin also joined the Million Dollar Club with the Most Outgoing Closings Award, which is presented to the affiliate with the most outgoing closed referrals with an actual sales price of $1 million or greater.
Realty Austin Wins at the Austin Business Journal’s 2019 Residential Real Estate Awards
Each year Austin Business Journal ranks the Top 50 Residential Realtors in Austin by gross closed residential sales. This year, Realty Austin recognized 2 Realtors who won awards and 13 nominees at the Austin Business Journal's 2019 Residential Real Estate Awards at the Fairmont Austin on Friday, March 1st.
Realty Austin Held Strong on Real Trends 500 Annual Report as No. 68 in the U.S.
Realty Austin maintained its place as one of the nation’s Top 100 most powerful residential real estate brokerages on the REAL Trends 500 report. The company held strong as no. 68 out of 500 brokerages in the U.S. by sales volume as a result of its $2.8 billion closed sales volume from 7,041 closed transactions in 2018.
Realty Austin Recognized in Top 100 on Swanepoel's Mega 1000
Realty Austin was recognized on Swanepoel's T3 Sixty Mega 1000 | 2019 as one of the nation’s Top 100 brokerages. The second annual report is the real estate industry’s most comprehensive, accurate brokerage and franchise annual rankings report. Realty Austin was honored with a ranking of #72 for its $2.8 billion in sales volume and 7,041 transaction sides.
Realty Austin Celebrated its New North Office at Lakeline
On April 10th, Realty Austin officially unveiled its new North Office located on the corner of Lakeline Mall Drive and Highway 183! To mark the grand opening, the company celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and luncheon.
Realty Austin Celebrated over 220 Agents Named to Platinum Top 500 List
Realty Austin congratulated 227 agents who were recognized on the Platinum Top 500 list on Wednesday, April 17, 2019. The Top 500 is a mid-year recognition for top-earning agents based on closed sales from September 1, 2018, to February 28, 2019. These six months represent the first half of the Platinum Top 50 award year; thus, the Top 500 recognizes agents who are on track to qualify for Platinum Top 50 end of the year recognition.

Realty Austin ranked as one of the nation's top-producing real estate firms in RISMedia's 2019 Power Broker Report. The company powered up to No. 63 reporting a total sales volume of $2.8B in 2018, representing 7,041 closed residential transactions.

Realty Austin Agents Named to the 2019 REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals
On July 11th, Realty Austin was proud to announce 4 agents and 1 team were named among America’s most productive sales associates as part of the Real Trends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals! REAL Trends honor America’s finest real estate agents from all across the country based on sales volume and transaction sides. The list ranks the most productive agents by state and metropolitan area based on closed transaction sides and closed volume.
Realty Austin Agents and Staff Donated to Our 2019 Back to School Supply Drive
As a result of everyone's participation in Foundation Communities Back to School Drive, Realty Austin was able to gift 183 backpacks and many bins FULL of school supplies! This ensured that each of the 1,000+ children in the after-school program got a jump start on the 2019-2020 school year with the tools they needed to succeed. Thank you to everyone who helped us give back and for being such an important part of that effort with us!
Realty Austin Raised $100,000 for Austin Habitat for Humanity 2019
On July 30th, Realty Austin launched its campaign with Austin Habitat for Humanity for the construction of their 8th home build on September 18th. As part of the company’s commitment to giving back locally, Realty Austin, its team of agents, clients and industry partners raised over $100,000 to sponsor and build a new home for Paula Tovar and her family. Since 2012, Realty Austin and its team of Agents have been a Habitat sponsor contributing more than $700,000 and over 14,000 volunteer hours to change lives.
Realty Austin Hosts Foundation Community Supper Clubs in 2019
In 2019, Realty Austin was thrilled to host 4 Supper Clubs at various communities where Realty Austin agents and staff volunteer to serve supper from Rudy's BBQ for the residents. Foundation Communities is a local, homegrown nonprofit who provides affordable homes with free on-site support services for thousands of families with kids, as well as veterans, seniors, and individuals with disabilities within 23 communities in Austin.
Realty Austin Dedicated Tiny Hemp Home at Community First! Village
Realty Austin continued its mission in support of affordable housing by dedicating a tiny hemp home at the Community First! Village on Saturday, August 3rd. Realty Austin backs local organizations who roll up their sleeves and develop meaningful solutions in our community to combat homelessness and Austin’s affordable housing crisis. Join us to be a part of the SOLUTION!
Realty Austin Supported 2019 Pride Parade
Realty Austin’s Pride network and allies boogied the night away in support of the 29th Annual Austin Pride Parade 2019 on Saturday, August 10, 2019 in support of Austin’s LGBTQ community. Over 400,000 supporters filled the downtown streets, and it proved to be a colorful and vibrant event!
Realty Austin Raised the Walls on Their 8th Austin Habitat for Humanity Home Build
Homegrown in Austin, Realty Austin raised the walls on their 8th annual home build for Austin Habitat for Humanity. In a partnership with its agents, the company pledged to volunteer 2,400 hours and donate over $100,000 to sponsor a home for the Tovar Family.
Realty Austin Opened its New Central Office at The Triangle
On September 19th, Realty Austin unveiled its new Central Agent Success Center located in the heart of The Triangle off N. Lamar. To mark the grand opening, the company celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Realty Austin Sponsored Touch-a-Truck
Realty Austin was a proud sponsor of Touch-a-Truck at Camp Mabry. This event had a total attendance of over 6,000 attendees, 70+ trucks, 300+ volunteers, and our team helped raise over $164,000 and counting for programs at SAFE’s Children’s Shelter. This was their biggest year yet!

Realty Austin has three new modern offices now open for business in North, Central and Southwest Austin. On October 10th, Realty Austin unveiled their new Southwest Office located at 7415 Southwest Parkway, Suite 2-200! To mark the grand opening, the company celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Realty Austin Paid it Forward to Support Foundation Communities
Realty Austin is committed to supporting affordable housing in Austin through Foundation Communities. Together, they raised over $1.15 million in total funds pledged with the commitment of Realty Austin’s $75,000 match fund at the 2019 Welcome Home luncheon held on October 22nd. The annual event inspired 163 new Home Builders, and many others who renewed, increased, or extended their pledges! 100% of the dollars pledged will support Foundation Communities programs for education, financial stability, and healthy living programs that serve more than 20,000+ people, residents, and neighbors.

Realty Austin Graduated More Ninja Certified Agents
On November 18th-22nd, 2019, Realty Austin hosted its 8th installation of Ninja Selling training for its rock star agents. In November, 101 agents graduated from this hands-on training with collaborative workshops and innovative techniques to continue to deliver premium service to their clients.
Realty Austin Celebrated 2019 Platinum Top 50 Finalist and Winners
On Friday, December 13, 2019, Realty Austin congratulated 33 finalists and 10 winners who were honored at the Platinum Top 50 (PT50) Austin Awards ceremony. They also congratulated the company’s founders, Jonathan Boatwright and Yvette Flores, for winning the Executive of the Year Award. PT50 annually recognizes 50 residential real estate professionals for their outstanding achievements in sales, education, industry participation, and civic leadership.
