Floyd joins the company from eXp Realty as the former Texas Managing Broker. During her tenure at eXp, she utilized her experience as a Texas REALTORS® Ombudsman, Mediator, and Professional Standards Hearing panelist to create training and strengthen the company's defensible position through the Risk Management Program. Prior to, she founded her own brokerage to meet the growing need for a specialized focus on Farm & Ranch properties in the Central Texas market.
