Realty San Antonio Makes a Splash with New Office

Realty San Antonio opened its doors to agents, clients, and partners on October 29, 2021, to explore the 4,817 sq ft space located at 17346 La Cantera Pkwy Suite, 101.

We set out to build an inclusive and design-forward space for agents to comfortably bring clients, attend industry training, and collaborate with their peers. Our vibrant new office, in a prime location in San Antonio, does just that.

Designed by Kelle Contine Interior Design, the office is an expression of our culture: warm, open, and ready for collaboration. Inside you’ll find seven conference rooms, four private workspaces, spacious community work areas, a large training room, printing and binding center, and a custom-designed kitchen and break area for agents and their clients.

September San Antonio Housing Market Report

Home sales in the San Antonio area continue to move steadily for this time of year. According to the San Antonio Board of Realtors, September reported 3,651 homes sold, which is no change from this same month last year. Average and median sales prices increased 15%, with the average price of a home at $351,379 and a median price of a home at $296,900.

The month ended with 1.8 months of inventory available, indicating a continued sellers’ market.

2021 Foundation Communities Back to School Drive

This year Realty Austin’s agents, staff, family, and friends came together to donate over $10,000  to the 2021 Foundation Communities Back to School Drive. These generous offerings accounted for over 14% of the funds raised for the Foundation Communities Back-to-School drive this year! 

The $70,000 raised during this year’s drive ensured that all 14 of Foundation Communities’ learning centers were able to purchase the supplies, books, and other educational materials needed to prepare for the new school year. 772 students received direct support for school supplies, technology, clothes, and uniforms, and 75 smart devices were purchased for both families and learning centers in the greater Austin area.

Realty San Antonio Judges a Fast-Pitch Philanthropy Competition

Giving back and supporting our community is the cornerstone of Realty San Antonio’s mission and culture. We were thrilled to begin our community involvement efforts with Agent Success Manager Marisa Jackson representing Realty San Antonio as a 2021 judge for the 4th Annual Philanthropitch San Antonio event.

Philanthropitch hosts fast-pitch competitions for social impact nonprofits looking for extra fundraising to support their community initiatives. Much like the popular television show, Shark Tank, five innovative nonprofits must pitch their concept to a panel of local judges and a live audience.
