Prices range from $200,000.00 to $500,000.00 with an average sales price of $340,000.00.

You can buy resale or new construction built on a 60, 70 or 80-foot-wide lot. The year built is from 2003 until today. The builders currently building are Highland, Siddeley, David Weekley, Tree Dee Oaks and Wilshire. Our schools in Belterra are amazing. We are part of Dripping Springs ISD.

Rooster Springs Elementary is located within the neighborhood and there is one high school and one middle school. Our high school was ranked 58th in the State of Texas. Belterra encourages you to be outside. You don’t have to travel far to the Texas Hill Country. There are miles and miles of hike and bike trails.

We also have ponds, parks, a community pool and a rec center. You can do most of your shopping at William Cannon and MoPac, which is just 15 minutes away or at the Hill Country Galleria, which is also 15 minutes away. As for restaurants, we have a Trudy’s right across the street and the famous Nutty Brown Café is right down the street.
