Originally from Bahrain, Wafiq moved to Austin in 2008 and graduated from St. Edward's University in 2012. He became a licensed real estate agent in 2016 and has built his career as a full-time agent helping clients across Central Texas navigate one of the region’s fastest-growing markets.

With more than 200 real estate transactions completed and over $90 million in sales, Wafiq works with a wide range of clients — from first-time homebuyers and relocating families to experienced investors and luxury clients. His business is built heavily on referrals and repeat clients, with an emphasis on clear communication, honest guidance, strong negotiation, and helping clients make confident decisions without pressure.

Known for being highly responsive and hands-on throughout the process, Wafiq believes real estate should feel organized, informed, and collaborative from start to finish. As a husband and father of three, Wafiq enjoys helping clients discover not just the right home, but the neighborhoods and lifestyle that make Austin unique. Outside of real estate, he spends much of his time with family exploring Austin’s parks, bike trails, local events, and festivals, while staying connected to the communities he serves throughout Central Texas.
