I really don't know where to start. Tammy was amazing. I met Tammy July 20, 2022 at a pool school for one of her clients. I thought I should let you know how very happy I am that my granddaughter and grandson-in-law referred me to her. They are first-time buyers and she was able to get them into contract on a new home build which they closed escrow on a few weeks ago. Tammy was awesome to work with. She made many offers on my behalf and never gave up on finding me my home while keeping me encouraged. She found a new home builder, Buffington Homes, that didn't encourage bidding wars and I liked one of their floor plans in my price range so I went into contract with them. Unfortunately, Buffington sold their business to another builder, and construction on my house never started. Due to my time frame and circumstances, I decided to look again and found what I believe to be "my" house but I was in another state at the time and could not look at it but trusted Tammy enough to do that for me. She and I did a video call walk-through. Tammy used her great expertise, knowledge, and negotiating skills to get me into contract on this house and we closed escrow on Sept 30th about 2 weeks after my offer.  I believe without Tammy this probably would not have happened.  I canceled my new build and the sales agent seemed to either be dragging his feet or couldn't get a response on refunding my purchase deposits to me. Tammy was able to find a person in the company above the sales agent and within 3 days I had the cancellation and refund form sent to me for my signature. I should have my money back next week.  I will definitely be recommending Tammy to anyone I hear of looking to buy or sell. I was a licensed realtor for many years and worked for new builders in their community sales offices for about 11 years than in the resale market so I have worked with many realtors over the years and Tammy is one of the best. I am so grateful my grandkids referred me to her.
