My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Susan Russell. When plans to meet with another Realtor fell through 1 week before we flew to Austin, she was ready and willing to take us on as clients! We came from San Diego and had a couple of days to look at properties. Susan was extremely attentive and informative leading up to our arrival in Texas. We reviewed properties online, and she had a detailed itinerary ready for us. Susan was able to give us great advice about communities and the area. We had our 9-month old with us, and she was even kind enough to sit with him in the car while he napped so that we would tour the home. Amazingly, we found the perfect home that weekend, and the sellers accepted our offer before we were flying back to San Diego. Susan was extremely helpful in helping us find the right lender and continued to be a support system to us when we were preparing to move. She was kind enough to meet with contractors for work being done on the home, sent us photos of appliance serial numbers, looked at paint samples, and even let us know the grass length was not going to get us an HOA fine! I cannot say enough about how she went above and beyond for my family. We're in our home now, and could not be happier. It feels like we've found a new home, and friend, with Susan. First Time Home Buyers - First Time Parents Buying your first home can be daunting and stressful and looking for a home while expecting your first child can become overwhelming. Lucky for us we were working with Susan who is the epitome of customer service. We met Susan on a cold rainy day and she had on a big bright smile.
