Rose Ibrahim, REALTOR®

Rose Ibrahim began her career in banking as a financial analyst specializing in risk management. Over 15 years, she worked at Bank of Texas, Capital One, and Citibank, underwriting commercial loans and evaluating credit quality. Her deep understanding of finance and risk analysis laid a strong foundation for her transition into real estate.

Her passion for real estate began when she became a first-time homebuyer at age 24, during the Great Recession. Instead of renting, she bought a home with guidance from her father—and by 2023, she had paid off her mortgage and realized a 150% return on investment. Rather than sell, Rose gifted the home to her parents, fulfilling a personal goal of building generational wealth.

Today, Rose brings that same mindset to her clients. Whether they’re buying their first home, relocating, or planning their next move, she offers thoughtful, data-driven guidance tailored to their unique goals. She serves clients across Austin and is known for her expertise in the Rainey Street and downtown Austin markets. Rose holds the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation and is valued for her ability to simplify complex financial concepts and help clients make confident, well-informed decisions.

She holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Journalism from Southern Methodist University, a minor in Economics, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Rose lives on Rainey Street in downtown Austin with her husband, Anay, and their Cavapoo puppy, Chai.

In her free time, you’ll find her dancing, reading, traveling, hiking, doing yoga, meditating, or volunteering.
