Rocio Enriquez was the very best realtor I could have asked for. She went over and above to get me the greatest deal possible. My original loan officer gave me a VA loan interest rates for 6.5%, Rocio got me 4.5% from DHI and my original guy couldn’t beat that. Rocio also had the builders provide all appliances for free: washer, dryer, range, refrigerator, microwave, blinds, and garage door opener. My fiance and I were referred to Rocio Enriquez through a friend who used her in the past to purchase a new home a few years ago. After contacting Rocio and meeting at our first home showing, it was clear that she means business! Rocio is knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and extremely in tune with the housing market. We were first-time home buyers and began our search in February 2021, right around the time that the housing market across the country began to skyrocket. Rocio was upfront from the beginning about how competitive the market was and what tools to use so we could be successful in our home buying process. After touring and putting in an offer on one house in a very sought-after area, we quickly realized that she was right! Our offer was not accepted, and the final sale price was $50k over asking. While we were disheartened at first, Rocio encouraged us to keep looking, and I am so glad we did. We decided to expand our search to a more rural area, and Rocio found us a gem of a property. We put in an offer, and it was accepted the next day! The home buying process was a completely new and different experience for us both, but Rocio made our experience pleasant from start to finish through her communications and explanations of various documents and forms. We closed about 5 weeks after we made our offer, which was sooner than expected! I was referred to Rocio by two other people who used her to purchase homes. I can't even begin to tell you how incredibly amazing Rocio is. Her expertise, along with her own personal touch is soley the reason why I chose to move forward and purchase this home. Dealing with the mortgage company was truly the absolute worst experience ever and had it not been for Rocio's encouragement, I would have no doubt not purchased this home.
