Paige Dahiyat

Paige Dahiyat has provided full service real estate services throughout the Austin area since 2005. She views her role as a Realtor as more of a service provider and Compass Realty Austin provides the right environment for that attitude. Buying and Selling is a huge decision for everyone. Whether she is representing a buyer or seller, it is important to know that her clients walk away having found exactly what they need so they can feel good about their experience. Paige can effectively communicate with clients to determine their needs and use her knowledge of the Austin area and local real estate market in order to help them turn their dream property into a reality.

Paige’s focus is primarily on residential properties but she prides herself in her ability to work multiple facets of the market. Her love for older or unique architecture and design often draws her toward the older neighborhoods of Central Austin. She has extensive experience all around the Austin area including luxury home sales, waterfront, and some farm and ranch properties. Paige’s experience and approach toward working with a variety of properties was shaped in part by her start in the Austin market when she worked on a high volume real estate team that specialized in luxury, waterfront and unique properties. This early experience helped her hone a wide range of skills for navigating and successfully negotiating the many challenges that can arise during the search process and contract period. She has worked diligently to build upon this foundation throughout her career so she can help her clients find or sell properties that they love and negotiate the best deal possible.

Prior to moving to Austin, Paige grew up in Arkansas. She then moved to Texas where she graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Marketing and Real Estate

In her free time Paige loves being outdoors, traveling, cooking and spending time with her family. Due to influences from her childhood, she also has a love for antiques and creative projects.
