Lauri Schroeder from Realty Austin was nothing short of amazing. If you're looking for a Realtor who will really take the time to understand your needs, walk you through the entire home-buying process - and make sure to keep you level-headed and optimistic in this crazy market, look no further. After a few months of being constantly outbid on multiple-offer situations, Lauri helped me buy a home that checks most if not all of my boxes, for less than 20 thousand over asking. That's a pretty big deal considering the seller went with my offer over a more competitive offer due to Lauri's personal touch and amazing, neat, professional offer letter. I really can't say enough good things about Lauri and her team at Realty Austin.

I worked with Lauri Schroeder. She was amazing! I wanted to move fast because I was moving back to Texas from out of state and didn't want to deal with renting. She helped me put all the pieces together to close in under two weeks! I couldn't have done it without her. Not only did we close fast, but she found an amazing house. Before I made my way to Austin, I looked at a TON of homes on the Realty Austin website (and Zillow) and provided her with feedback on ones I liked. Lauri was a breeze to work with and made the entire home-buying process easy and fun. We appreciated her direct approach telling us exactly why she did or did not think certain houses would be a good fit or a good investment. Every house she found for us was a good fit, and she was very receptive to our feedback. Our escrow went very smoothly, and she walked us through all our options at each step. I can't wait until we are ready to move so we can work with her again!

Lauri is an absolute delight to work with! Working with Lauri was a very unexpected experience. My husband and I were planning for a major life change and moving cross-country when we connected with Lauri and explained our situation and needs. Lauri Schroeder was extremely helpful to me throughout the house hunting/buying process. I was a first time home buyer, so she had her work cut out for her. This note is to share with you how special my experience was with Lauri in selling my house in Bastrop, Texas. It was my first time to sell a house, and I was more than just a bit nervous. Working with Lauri was an AMAZING experience! She really went above and beyond when it came to making sure we were comfortable with every decision.
