Kristin Kreisel

Kristin was born and raised in the midwest but has called Austin home since October 31, 2004. Because of this milestone move on Halloween, the holiday and the Austin bats have special meaning to her. Since then, she has grown to know and appreciate all of the unique and diverse neighborhoods offers Austin and its residents.

Highly energetic and motivated, Kristin prides herself on her unparalleled, customer-centric attitude. She strives to ensure every aspect of the selling or buying process exceeds her client’s expectations. She never underestimates the personal journey it takes for one to purchase and sell a home. She's passionate about helping people and making the process fun.

Her extensive experience with home market sales and real estate investments, coupled with her background in marketing, project management, and operations deliver value to her clients through strong negotiation, understanding market conditions, and avoiding process pitfalls. Kristin has maintained solid relationships with her local and national clients who have praised her dedication and devotion to making the most of their property sale, finding them their dream home or financial investment. Her unique personal experience in buying, remodeling, and selling homes also add value and empathy to her clients. She's been through multiple renovations and projects to include her current home off South Congress which was featured on HGTV's "Property Brothers."

In her free time, Kristin is with her two daughters and family enjoying everything Austin has to offer. She loves cooking, gardening, yoga, running, live music and the arts. She volunteers weekly in the library and classrooms at her children's school.
