Kristen was phenomenal throughout the entire process. I believe we first met in October to begin planning to put my house on the market April 1, 2022. I had a lot of obstacles with little to no cash and wanted to limit showings to only weekends since my elderly father lived with me. Kristen assured me we would make it work, she provided suggestions to save money on improvements, and she referred contractors who were very helpful. I threw Kristen a huge curveball in mid-February when I moved up, putting the house on the market to March 4, 2022. I accepted a new position at work, making significantly less salary, and had to move much quicker. She switched gears very quickly for me, got title involved immediately, identified some title issues, and helped me develop a plan to move my elderly father and me out so that she could freely show the home without weekend-only limitations. She arranged for staging, which made my house just beautiful. The stager Kristen showed did an outstanding job. There were several things I just could not get done, but Kristen just made it work somehow. Once we got an offer, Kristen's skills and expertise were vital with negotiations, keeping the closing date as offered, and getting the previous title company to clear some liens that should have never been on the house in the first place. Kristen was professional but also firm with other parties when needed to keep everything on track and always kept my best interest number one with my input during the entire process. Okay, first of all, we interviewed three potential realtors to list our home with. We picked a very competitive/experienced group of real estate agents to interview. All we can say is Kristen had all her information laid out very professionally for the meeting. Also, Kristen was very confident in herself and very enthusiastic about being able to interview with us to become our realtor. We enjoyed the passion that Kristen showed. Also, Kristen not only discussed the numbers/facts/information, she listened to our needs / wants related to the sale of our home. We spent a lot of time and effort getting the house ready for the market and sale. Kristen recognized all those attributes when we sat down for the interview. Kristen's attention to detail was exemplary. Just let us start there to set the foundation, the way Kristen treated us throughout this entire process. Next, we selected Kristen to be our realtor. She was very excited and again enthusiastic about becoming our realtor of choice. Kristen knew about our tight timeline and the opportunity about putting the house on the market before Father's Day weekend (that timeline was aggressive but made the most sense to all of us). Kristen immediately got to work and made it all happen. I can't tell you how many questions we had about the process that Kristen answered in a very professional and easy-to-understand way. Also, we had some questions on paperwork and Kristen always made herself available and even came over in person to explain some of the more involved questions we had. She hit the easy button for us, which was very much appreciated.  Also, Kristen understood the different ways individuals needed to be communicated with. I'm an Engineer and I needed to see the numbers/facts/figures / etc. Kristen accommodated all my technical / data-driven inquiries. My wife needed to be communicated with on a different level. She was more of a caring, timing, and nurturing level which Kristen did to a "T". This set of soft skills that Kristen has was very satisfying for us going through this process of selling a house. Oh, the staging was great. The pictures/drone footage of our home was spectacular and all done very professionally and timely.  Communicating at every step of the process was phenomenal. She guided us through each step and explained it in layman's terms. I could give you many, many examples of her pleasant, positive, and professional communication style which was always appreciated.  Actually, we referred our best friends' daughter and boyfriend to Kristen already. They are from Houston and were thinking about moving to Dripping Springs. She immediately communicated with them and gave them the direction they needed. They communicated with Kristen that they were now thinking about moving to Katy Texas (well Kristen was nice enough to give them some Realtors for Katy, Texas). What great customer service.
