I am not one to normally write reviews, but our experience with Kristen selling our home is most-definitely worth the extra effort! We moved across the country while our home was for sale in Wolf Ranch and simply wouldn’t have been able to do it without Kristen on our team. It was scary to move across the country with our house sitting empty, but Kristen was present, attentive, and available to help us every step of the way. She went above and beyond the duties of a realtor- she cleaned our home, rearranged furniture, did some gardening and maintenance work, and truly cared for our home like her own. We sold our home in a tough market, but Kristen’s data-driven points brought us calm in our storm and ensured that we sold at a fair price. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to have worked with her and highly recommend her for your buying or selling needs!

Kristen is very professional and her service and follow up are as good as it gets. I was looking to find a rental as I am relocating to Austin and needed to preview properties with pretty short notice. Kristen listened to my criteria for the rental and compiled a list of about 20-25 properties for me to view. She set up a very user-friendly portal for me online, and I selected seven for my shortlist. We made the appointment to do the property preview Saturday afternoon. I narrowed it down to my top 3. I applied for the one I liked the best. She negotiated with the landlord and got me approved. It was fast, fun and easy! I will definitely use her again next year when I'm looking to purchase a home! You should definitely use her, very great service as well as very knowledgeable! My hat is off to her exceptional service.

Kristen was an absolute pleasure to work with on purchasing my new home. She was extremely communicative, very timely, and made herself always available for my questions. She would send gentle reminders if I needed to be on the lookout for the closing process's next steps. You can often work with Realtors that try to push their "expertise" on your decision-making, especially in the Austin market. This is completely the opposite of how Kristen does business. She could tell immediately if I were hesitant about a house and would be candid in saying you don't love it, so on to the next! Kristen has integrity and character, and I enjoyed the entire process of working with her.

Kristen has been such a Godsend! We relocated from across the state during a pandemic and right during back-to-school time. Everything in life is already so complicated, and she has helped make this horrible transition so much easier. She is always so willing to flex schedules and get appointments booked.
