Born and raised in the heart of Texas, Kelly hails from Victoria, TX, but her journey led her to Austin in 2001, a city she has lovingly called home ever since. Armed with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Sam Houston State University, Kelly devoted two decades to nurturing young minds as both a classroom teacher and Interventionist.
