Karen Ivey

Karen is an experienced sales and marketing professional who began her real estate career in 2006 along the Alabama Gulf Coast. After relocating to Austin with her family in 2010, she continued working in real estate, eventually transitioning into a full-time Realtor after discovering a deep passion for architecture and home design during the construction of her own family home.

For Karen, real estate is personal. She believes trust, clear communication, and education are the foundation of every successful transaction. Her goal is to ensure clients feel confident and informed at every step, understanding that buying or selling a home is one of life’s most meaningful milestones. By taking the time to truly understand her clients’ needs, she works to connect them with homes where lasting memories can be made.

Known for her calm, organized approach, Karen helps clients navigate the complexities of the market with as little stress as possible. She stays current on market trends and uses that knowledge to negotiate strategically on her clients’ behalf, whether they’re purchasing their first home or selling a longtime one.

Outside of real estate, Karen enjoys cooking, traveling, and staying involved in her children’s activities. She and her family love embracing Austin’s vibrant culture especially its creativity, music, and just the right amount of weird.
