Karen Haffelfinger, REALTOR®

After a successful 20-year direct sales career with Procter & Gamble, Karen decided to take her sales experience and passion for real estate to serve home buyers and sellers in the Austin and Central Texas Hill Country. As a full-time professional real estate agent who is detail-oriented, she brings the highest level of skill and integrity to each transaction for her clients. Purchasing or selling property can be an exciting but intricate series of events so she is here to be sure her clients stay thoroughly educated and comfortable throughout the process with consistent communication always being available to her clients. Over the past 7 years, she has been honored to work with buyers and sellers of Central Texas’s homes and horse properties. She is committed to exceeding your expectations while helping you meet your real estate goals.

Born and raised in Austin, Karen is familiar with the Central Texas Hill Country and trends, and can help you navigate whether you are searching for just the right school district, looking to downsize or upgrade, buying your first home or your last, some land or an established ranch, or perhaps looking for an investment property, she is here to assist each and every one of her clients every step of the way. Karen has purchased and sold her own investment properties and new construction in Boerne, Wimberley, Dripping Springs, Driftwood, and Austin areas including extensive remodels and can share her experiences and expertise in that field. Karen volunteers her time with Habitat for Humanity and has contributed to numerous builds in the San Antonio area while also donating a portion of her proceeds from real estate sales to area charities.

Karen and her family had their own little ranch in the Hill Country area of Driftwood so she has a special interest in horse properties and land, along with residential real estate.  In 2021 her family completed a new build in the Boerne area to be closer to their AQHA show horses and now resides in the Hill Country on their horse property, along with chickens and a couple of geese. When she is not showing properties or hosting an open house, you can most likely find her at a AQHA horse show or cheering on her son at a flag football game who is a 4th grader. Her daughter is a sophomore this year at Texas A&M majoring in Animal Science and is also a member of the Texas A&M Ranch Horse team (and her own horse CJ) at SHTX shows all over the US. Karen is a proud sponsor of the Ranch horse team for 25-26.
