Joshua is truly the epitome of what a realtor should be for the client. He has extensive knowledge about Austin and the surrounding areas. He is always available to answer any questions. He listens to his clients - which is extremely important when you’re buying a home. To have a Realtor that actually understands what you want in a home, what your financial limitations are, and the ability to take into account all of the criteria you want to fulfill is a true rarity. Joshua is that rare Realtor. His negotiation skills were terrific and proved financially valuable for me during the course of my transactions. Joshua is extremely conversant with the entire loan process from beginning to end and will walk you through everything. Joy and I want to thank the Realty Austin group for taking the time and making an effort to understand what my girl and I were looking for in our first home purchase.
