Jimmy came recommended to us from someone who worked in the Austin real estate market a long time. We really needed some help because we were buying from out of state. Not only was he knowledgeable of the Round Rock area and the buying process, but he helped us in lots of other ways. He helped to evaluate unconventional lending options, refer contractors, went to the home to allow access to the Contractors/inspectors, and pre-screened a nearby new listing on his own initiative only to find a "crazy lady" neighbor.
