After a successful career as a semiconductor engineer and executive, Jim made the decision to pursue his passion for real estate. His clients love that he applies his engineering attention to detail, resourcefulness, and data-driven approach to his real estate practice. His executive-level training in negotiations benefits his clients regardless of which side of a transaction he represents. Jim is also very knowledgeable about homes, neighborhoods, and the market. Jim earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering and has been granted 10 US patents.Originally from the East Coast, Jim moved across the country twice before settling in Austin in 1997. He has a passion for live music and can’t get enough of the blues. He’s a great carpenter and auto mechanic. His love of travel has brought him to over 30 countries, 46 states, and Puerto Rico.
