No trouble at all to commend Kelley for all she did for my wife and me in helping to sell our house. Kelley was our agent when we purchased the home, and she provided such great and caring service that we would think of nobody else when it came time to sell. She treated my wife and me like family, and we greatly appreciated it is that all of our family lived out of state. The first thing I’d like to call out is that the process overall lasted 2.5 years. So, at the very least, I’d like to point out that Heather is extremely patient and understanding. We dipped our toes in and out for a year and a half. Then we got spooked by the pandemic. Then we were very picky about where we wanted to look in a market that didn’t seem to have much inventory. Throughout that process, Heather was always honest with us, and never departed from a posture of: “how can I help?” We enjoyed touring homes with Heather because they educated us on a few items throughout and was also as critical as we were as buyers. I will absolutely be recommending Heather to anyone I speak to that is relocating within the area. Thanks to Realty Austin, and thanks to Heather! We love the new home we were able to provide for our family. Finally.

I've bought and sold seven homes over the years. I've worked with real estate professionals in three Texas cities and two in two different states. Kelley was by far the best real estate professional I have ever worked with. Kelley never missed a beat even while being out of state, dealing with the loss of her father. Most people would have requested a "time out." We did not make the process easy, either. We met Kelley on a Wednesday, found a possible new home Friday, and began the process of listing our current home and making an offer on the new home Saturday. A month later, we closed on both! Kelley is a winner and a true pro!

Heather is so wonderful. However many stars you're allowed to give should be doubled to more accurately reflect our experience! We moved to Austin for work from out of state, so we already had two big life changes going on, and then on top of that, we'd decided to buy our first home, and we decided on new construction. Needless to say, we had a ton of questions (like, a lot!) and also hurdles as we went through the process across several time zones. Heather helped us navigate everything that came up, and her communication was always reassuring and thorough and fast. It was such a relief to know that it was Heather representing us. So many times we'd say to each other that we couldn't believe how much we'd lucked out to be working with Heather. It felt like magic, honestly. And THEN, we had to go through the final steps during shelter-in-place restrictions, and so the hurdles increased beyond what we could have ever expected. Heather and we figured things out together. We followed all protocols, and she was so supportive and kind. She checked up on our move and how we were doing and how our cat was doing. Heather generally went above and beyond to ensure our sanity, and of course, the successful close of our home purchase. She's also good-natured and fun, and we genuinely looked forward to every call, text, or email with her. It was so clear that she had our backs, and her knowledge about the whole process is impressive. Heather is such a pleasure to work with that we almost wish we had another house to buy!

It was a complete pleasure to work with Kelley Menefee to buy our first home. She went above and beyond to help us understand the process and get us a home in a safe and affordable neighborhood. We are a military family new to the area, and Kelley took her time showing us the neighborhoods and which ones had good schools for our children. We were introduced to Heather Balderach through various family members who have worked with her over the years. Heather was AWESOME to work with! She guided us through the buying process, as we were first time home buyers. No question was ever too silly, and she was happy to explain things in full. One of our largest hesitancies going into home buying was stressing about scheduling showings. But Heather proved to manage it seamlessly! She was organized, flexible, and a solid communicator. This is particularly important in the Austin market because a lot of homes are sold the day/weekend they hit the market! We were always able to get in to see a listing within the first day or so. When looking at homes, she has a great eye for detail and helped educate us on what to watch out for, and helped us understand what issues were easily fixable. We offered on a pre-market listing that was still in development. Heather navigated the offering and closing with ease. She worked with the builder's listing agent to answer all of our questions and regularly checked in with us. We seriously couldn't have gone through that process without her, and her guidance is hugely appreciated. We are now so happy in our new home and look forward to working with her again the next time around.

I had the pleasure of working with Heather 4 or so years ago, when I purchased my first house. I was referred to her through a friend and couldn’t have been happier! Flash forward to the fall of last year, I was in the market to find a new house due to my employer moving offices. I immediately thought of Heather and was thrilled when she was available again.
