We really appreciated Donna's help while searching for a house and also afterward. Doona took a lot of time to understand our priorities and gave us a lot of background information that was helpful in our search. She always made herself available and communicated with us promptly. When we made an offer, a great help was her insisting for the sellers to fix the roof before we moved in. There was a lot of back and forth negotiation, and we were almost ready to pay for the roof repair ourselves so we could move forward. In the end, the owners filed a claim with their insurance and finished the roof replacement right before closing. We learned that our insurance would not have covered the roof until the repair/replacement was completed. That saved us a lot of money that we could use for other home repairs and upgrades.
