About the Ramirez Team Growing up in Austin, David and Alyssa have seen the city grow immensely. With their Austin roots and family backgrounds in real estate, they were destined to find passion in the industry, which has flourished into profound knowledge of the Austin Real Estate market. David and Alyssa take pride in the services they provide and are often complimented for their attentiveness to their clients’ needs. Both graduates from Austin area high schools, and business majors from Texas State University with real estate backgrounds, David and Alyssa met by chance in a study abroad program in Barcelona, Spain. Both David and Alyssa began their career as agents just after graduating from college. They live in West Austin and enjoy all aspects of their hometown, frequently attending concerts and venturing outdoors with their white lab, Sadie. About David Early on, David was set on an entrepreneurial path by his parents. In addition to family businesses, David has partnered with his father to successfully attain and manage a handful of investment properties in Austin. Playing baseball through college, David understands what it means to work hard to see results. His vision and persistence to make things happen has made a huge impact on his real estate career. With their clients, David’s intention is to have an extraordinary impact on the quality of his client’s transaction by providing the best information possible to make a wise decision. David understands that in order to remain a topnotch agent, he must react with the market and be versatile. He exemplifies professionalism by the way he cultivates his relationships and patiently leads his clients through to a successful real estate transaction. Community Involvement David and Alyssa take pride in their business and believe that they owe it to their city to give back. Every year they look forward to taking part in Realty Austin’s Habitat for Humanity Home Build, as well as Super Club nights with Foundation Communities, where they serve meals and enjoy a fun night with the community’s residents.
