Words are not enough to begin to describe how fantastic Callum is. Hands down the best realtor you can ask for. I was moving from Houston to ATX and Callum took all the stress away by asking me all the important details: budget/neighborhoods/size/pet friendly/etc so he could do the hard work and identify the top prospects. Given I was moving from another city, I knew very little about ATX and Callum was beyond patient with answering all of my questions. He never made me feel like I was bothering him and made me feel confident I would find the best place. I told Callum I needed to come look at places and sign a lease in one weekend and he made exactly that happen. He was able to provide invaluable insight about each of the properties and their respective locations. He walked me through my lease and graciously answered any and all clarifying questions I had regarding the details. When I was back in Houston, Callum went to the property to take measurements of all the rooms to aid in my furniture purchases. On my moving day, Callum reached out to check in and ask how everything was going and was able to provide some amazing support while I dealt with the standard “moving pains”. Working with Callum has been the best part of moving to ATX thus far! If you are in need of a realtor, look no further—it will be the best decision you make!

We were lucky to find Callum by chance and decided we liked his personality and work ethic. Cal did a great job helping us to secure a place in an insane market. He was extremely communicative and made himself very available to see houses with very limited notice, as is necessary for a market this hot. Closing went entirely smoothly, and we really enjoyed working with Cal over the home searching and buying process!

From the beginning of the process, when I filled out a general request form regarding the sale of my mom's house, Callum was very responsive and helpful.
