Brooke is extremely knowledgeable of the greater Austin [including Dripping Springs, Kyle, Buda, etc]. She has access to a vast pool of buyers. She is very patient and methodical. I had been in contact with Brooke for over a year before we listed our house. When we were ready to put our house on the market Brooke had our house sold before a sign went up and far above what we expected. Brooke also helped us find our new home (a new build) not even a month after we started surveying the market with her which was also an incredible value for the location. Both transactions were timed perfectly and my wife and I could not be happier. Working both ends of a real estate deal can be extremely stressful, especially in this market and Brooke made it more or less a breeze.

I would give Brooke an A+. I found her very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, resourceful, and extremely prompt answering emails even during non-working hours.

Brooke Steele was more than a real estate agent for my family and I. We were purchasing our first home and traveling 2,000 miles away from all of our friends and family. The Austin market was crazy hot when we needed to purchase our home, properties would be placed on the market for hours and receive over asking price by eight interested buyers, we also had a very short timeline. My husband was recently accepted as a resident at Seton Brackenridge for emergency medicine. With the market being so 'hot' my husband and I were fearful we would be moving across county with our two little girls without being able to obtain our dream of becoming home owners. If we didn't have Brooke, that may have been the case. We flew to Austin to house hunt for three short days. Each day Brooke had scheduled several viewings for us, picked us up at our hotel, and genuinely advocated for us. We were so grateful that Brooke had the foresight to call on a home not yet listed in our desired location. On our very last day in the Austin area and as the very last viewed home, Brooke pulled some strings for us to be able to see, what ended up being, our dream home. The owners were going to list it above our budget, but Brooke was able to perform a little magic and convince them to price the property within our means. We had only walked through the property and spent approximately 10 minutes inside but my husband and I knew we had found our home! We left Austin with knots in our stomachs unsure what was going to happen. Would we be in an apartment with two little ones under the age of two? (A neighbor's nightmare.) We had promised our girls we would find them a 'pretty house in Austin Texas,' our hearts were heavy, unsure we would be able to fulfill that promise. After we had landed going back home Brooke contacted us telling us the buyers we interested in entertaining our offer. Everything went through beautifully from then on! Our home was moved into prior to our girls flying in with family. They got a pretty house in Austin Texas! We have been moved in for about four months now and we have already created so many wonderful memories in this home, my baby took her first steps here, and we will celebrate her first birthday in this home. I could never put into words what an amazing gift and experience buying our first home has been. Brooke is more than a realtor to our family. After we were settling in Brooke also helped us get a security system, making me feel safe with my two babies far away from home. Brooke always went above and beyond for our family, if we move there is no hesitation in my mind, she will be our first call!

Brooke Steele did a fantastic job listing and selling my home! It was only on the market for three days before I had multiple offers and the closing was not far behind. Let me start by saying that before we knew for certain that my husband was being transferred from Michigan here to Texas we began a preliminary search for homes in the area to get acquainted with the housing climate. Your Realty Austin website was by far the most user-friendly website available. So naturally I began to go to that as a first resource. Shortly after, Brooke reached out to me via email and phone to check in and see how our search was going and to offer any help. My initial impression of her was that of a genuine person interested in helping, not just someone wanting to make a sale. As time went on we knew for certain that we would be moving here and Brooke had still been offering assistance to us along the way. However, we were assigned a relocation management team to help coordinate things for us whom also assigned us a real estate agent. We were growing less and less satisfied with the assigned agent, and since Brooke had made a good impression and seemed eager to work with us we asked to have her assigned to us instead. She began to help us with our search criteria and on short notice she also set aside much of her Holiday weekend (Memorial Day) to devote her time to helping us view homes during our only trip down to the area. She was very personable, accommodating, and knowledgeable. We felt comfortable trusting her opinion and never felt pressured one way or another. We finally settled on a house to make an offer on and Brooke was awesome throughout the entire process. From helping us decide on an offer, to negotiating, to finalizing the deal, we were more than pleased with her service. She offered great recommendations for services that we needed to have done at the house and even offered to meet some of those people at the house while we were still out of state. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brooke to anyone in need of realty services and she would certainly be my very first call if/when we needed someone in the future.
