Anni Colaw is a phenomenal realtor who was able to work with us and our varying abilities, decisions, and goals. She was responsive, informative, willing to educate as needed, and has a great sense of humor. Her pricing for a quick sale was spot on. Her staging suggestions were reasonable and presented our home in the best light. I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone in this area.
