Angie was truly amazing to work with! She is very knowledgeable of the market, and was so patient with us in finding the perfect home! It was a pleasure working with Angie to help me find a home for my family. I contacted Angie in the middle of the pandemic in November 2020 while I was still living in Northern California. The whole process was online. I told Angie what I was looking for, and she immediately started showing me some houses. Angie is very smart, a good listener, and she has enough experience to find what you are looking for. It did not take long before I found a house I liked. Angie showed me the model via a video conference call. She checked the area and confirmed that it was a very family-oriented neighborhood. I loved the model, the area, and the price, so I told her to start the process to buy it.  That same month I had my contract done. It was a new house that took 14 months to complete due to labor shortage. Angie kept me and my wife informed when we needed information. Most importantly, when we were getting ready to close, she was instrumental in coordinating with the seller, the lender, and the title company to close on the set date. Our experience with Angie was beyond our expectations. In our specific case we have the time against us because we need to move to another country and since day one on the process of selling our house Angie was very professional and honest about the different steps and how long it normally takes each one of those steps of selling our house. Angie also explained to us the different options (selling vs renting) and let us take our time to make our decision. Even if she was on a trip or after hours, Angie was always available for any questions that we have and she help us to meet our deadline to do the closing so that we can move to another country. I will absolutely be referring Angie to friends and family. For us selling our house was a new and sometimes stressful process but having a professional realtor like Angie at your side made everything easier.
