She has offered invaluable advice for both the buying of our new home and selling of our condo. Angie Balentine is a top level agent! She has been wonderful to work with. We are seasoned homeowners and from our first phone call, we knew she was the right fit for us. Angie has been a pleasure to work with. She's incredibly knowledgeable about the home buying process in general as well as the aspects (pace, competitive nature, trends) in Austin specifically. I'm sure she must have been busy with other clients and projects, but I always received prompt responses, and I really felt like she took the time to understand me and my needs personally -- she made it feel like I was her *only* client. I was always able to text or call her with random or last-minute questions through every stage of the home buying process, and she always had a helpful response for me. There are no words to describe our experience with Angie Balentine. We first started our house hunting experience in Austin, TX, but with the crazy housing market, we were unfortunately not finding the right home. We started looking for houses while still living in New York and trusting my brother and his wife to look at houses for us. It was when we were recommended to Angie and to start looking in the San Antonio area. Angie got to work for us right away and would not mind driving from Austin to San Antonio to show my family houses. They showed us many houses, but unfortunately, nothing stood out, and we also received some rejections. We decided to wait until we officially closed on our NY house and be in Texas to see the houses in person and get a better feeling. When my family and I first saw her in person, it was like seeing a family member you haven't seen in a while but immediately reconnected. What we loved about Angie the most was her patience, and how after every rejection, she would lift our spirits and tell us our future home was out there and not to worry. When she shows us houses, it wasn't just about selling us a house; she treated the experience as if she was looking for her own family's future "home." We would see a house, and she would immediately tell us how she would picture us raising our children in this new home. She was able to find us the perfect home with the things we were looking for as a family, a great school district, big enough for our family, and the cherry on top, a pool for our kids. Angie has become the newest member of our family. Our kids love her, and now that we have closed on our house. We hope to get settled in and invite her and her family to a housewarming party. Eternally grateful, Angie, thank you.

Angie has made our home search and buying process so easy and fun! She calms your nerves and really takes away all the stress as she is there with you every step of the way. She's professional, honest and transparent, responsive and is extremely patient. I 100% reommend Angie and am kind of sad the process is over because we won't be seeing her as often as we used to.

She spent the time with me to find a place, and when she did, she showed up at the place I was interested in, sent me videos of the place, assured me that it was my style, and she was right! Angie went beyond in all avenues. At the time, I was out of state, not in TX. So, I came into town and had my place ready to go.
