I could not have had a more positive experience with Alexia. I understand she typically works with people buying and selling homes, whereas I was needing assistance in finding a rental property. As a potential renter, property owners were not responding to my inquiries which led to my seeking the assistance of a realtor. Alexia immediately set up showings at multiple properties, connected me with MLS, and stayed in communication. Her expediency in alerting me to a new listing and setting up the first available showing contributed to my obtaining the lease for the property I just moved into. Since I retired ten years ago, I have moved around several times, and have bought and sold several houses. We closed on our home on time, 45 days - which is good for a foreclosure. Our loan processor at USAA stated it was the quickest and easiest foreclosure they had experienced.
