Originally from the Washington DC area, Theresa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and has over ten years of experience in government relations planning large-scale Federal government conferences. Theresa’s extensive background in building client relationships, contract management, combined with her love of meeting new people made real estate a natural transition.
Theresa always had an interest in the real estate industry, but her personal journey relocating to Austin and building a home for the first time in 2010 planted a seed she could not ignore. Shortly after her move, she embarked on her new career.
Theresa enjoys working with all types of situations and genuinely likes helping people relocate from out-of-state. Having that experience herself, she understands the challenges of this type of move. She is patient and will provide guidance every step of the way.
Being an animal lover and outdoor enthusiast, on nice days when Theresa is not working with clients, you may find her outdoors hiking the trails with her husband and two dogs. One dog is a 125 pound American Bulldog! Theresa has also volunteered, fostered and worked with the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter.
Our experience working with Theresa was as good as the first time she helped us find a home. This time we were building our house and had no prior experience with a transaction like this. She was very informative and explained how the process works from beginning to end. She is always available and very patient, especially when the "road" got bumpy. We would definitely recommend her to a friend or colleague for their purchase or sale.
